Werner founded GR Homes in 2024 after 30 years in construction — most of them spent building homes across the Garden Route. He grew up in a building family, spent decades as a partner in one of George's most established construction companies, and eventually decided it was time to put his own name behind his work.
He keeps GR Homes deliberately small — taking on only as many projects as his team can give their full attention to — because every family deserves a builder who is genuinely present on their site, not stretched across a dozen jobs at once.
